Integrate an acquired company's partner program, OEM partnerships and product positioning into Informix Software.
The acquired product was successfully mainstreamed in to Informix's product marketing, engineering and field organizations. The Java One show was perceived by executive management as a great success.
Build alliance program for ObjectWare, a vendor of a .NET-based productivity framework and tool set.
Developed close relationship with Microsoft team responsible for moving application developers to the .NET platform. Leveraging this relationship provided well-qualified sales opportunities.
